Hello, I’m Kate and welcome to Talent Mapping Ltd.



Talent Mapping started because I wanted to offer an end to end service for L&D professionals. To guide them and offer clarity on their next move through career coaching, and then to be able to offer opportunities with people-centric organisations at the end of the career coaching programme.


There aren't many Talent Development experienced Recruiters in the industry, so I thought it was time to change that, and wholly support the L&D community. Also, being committed to my own continuous development, I recently completed my CIPD Level 7, and I am currently undertaking an Executive Coaching course in order to be able to support you throughout your whole career cycle and have a deeper understanding of HR as a business unit when working with Hiring Managers.
