I'm Kate and Hello! So glad you are here.

I work exclusively with those of you in the people profession who are committed to helping others develop in their roles within successful organisations.

Having been in recruitment and talent development for over 20 years you can tap into my solid network of connections and join our L&D community for support to learn, grow and develop your career.

I started Talent Mapping Ltd because I wanted to offer an end to end service for L&D professionals to get really clear on their next move through carer coaching and then potentially be able to offer opportunities with people-centric organisations at the end of the career coaching programme. There also aren't many Talent Development experienced Recruiters in the industry so I

thought it time to change that and wholly support the L&D community.

Being committed to my own continuous development, I recently completed my CIPD Level 7 and I am currently undertaking an Executive coaching course in order to be able to support you throughout your whole career cycle and have a deeper understanding of HR as a business unit when working with Hiring Managers.

Partnering extensively with hiring teams in SME's and Corporates means I'm experienced in working at speed. Utilising a thorough recruitment process to provide a robust solution to your recruitment challenges, wether they are uncovering those hard to reach L&D professionals, reducing your time to hire or adopting a retention strategy to make sure your new hire remains with you for the long term term and really create some impact in the business.
